Toochi Valentine is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Project Controls across diverse sectors, including data centers, oil and gas, power generation, refineries, airports, and large-scale infrastructure. His career has been dedicated to delivering accurate cost management throughout the project lifecycle—from concept and budget estimates to final accounts.
He holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management (4.0 GPA) from the University of Oklahoma and multiple certifications such as PMP, CCP, CEC, AssocRICS, and PQS, bringing both strong academic foundations and industry-recognized expertise.
